"Just to say that we had a fabulous holiday. Everything went to plan. The Cruise ship was fantastic and we were treated royally. The stateroom wasn't as we had thought - smaller than the one I had last year and I asked for an upgrade but the ship was absolutely full and they couldn't oblige. In the event the guest relations officer sent a bottle of champagne and chocolates to our cabin by way of apology. Wilma had her cake with candle and the waiters sung Happy Birthday to her. All in all fantastic. The Sheraton was good and we had a lovely meal there. All in all Thank you.. "

"I am writing to tell you of my experiences of using your services this last summer. I went away for 6 weeks. I booked 1 week for my daughter and me in Krakow. 1 week for my daughter and me in Prague. 1 week for my daughter, my husband and me in Venice. 1 week for my daughter, my husband, my daughter's friend and me in Florence. 1 week for my daughter and me in Rome. 1 week for my daughter and me in Naples. Flights were arranged and as you can see the whole thing was fiddly and not very straightforward! Florence was interesting in that we had flights scheduled at both airports but this worked in our favour as we were able to visit the Leaning Tower of Pisa without extra effort. All went without any hitches at all. The hotels were good for the money I paid and exactly what I asked for. The hotel in Krakow was very good. I was most impressed by the situation of the hotels which were all so close to where we needed to be. There was a 2 thousand year old water cistern outside our hotel in Rome! All the hotels were eager to please which helped us to make the most of their facilities. There was a slight problem in Krakow, I think, about a lift to the airport at the end of the week. I phoned you and the whole issue was resolved immediately. I was most impressed by that service. It was quite major for me at the time and resolved with a phone call. It gave us all so much confidence in the service you provide We had lovely weeks away all were successful in different ways. All were fascinating and everything I could have wished for. My belief is that was largely due to the excellent efforts of your organisation and the lovely Stephanie in setting up in the first place and the clear instructions we had from you. "
