With our new Rental Assist program you have two options to guarantee you get a return on your property for this year.
Option 1 involves the direct marketing of your week through our website for rental - most rentals we do are done well in advance so the more time you give us the better chance we have of successfully renting the week and with this method we always aim to recover the full maintenance amount for you. If however we get within 6 weeks of the departure date with no offers for rentals then we proceed to option 2...
Option 2 utilises our connection with numerous marketing companies who sell discounted holidays. We undertand that if a property is unused then any return on it is better than nothing at all and as such, when we get within a 6 week period, we contact our associate marketing companies and advise them of the property in question - placing your property in their hands greatly increases the chances of you getting a return and typically this method will bring in a minimum of £100 to offset against the maintenance fees.
Remember that you may be asked to bank your weeks well in advance of the dates of travel - be advised that whilst banking is a good option to take as a last resort it also precludes you from renting your weeks out which is often the more favourable option.
