Weeks in some aspects have changed to points or points clubs which were initially designed to give the owner more flexibility and a wider option of travelling options.
In more recent years a number of holiday clubs have also been introduced as an alternative option to the standard fixed or floating weeks. Most of these have been designed to be a one-stop shop as far as holidays and holiday services go.
At Extra Time Online we have learnt from our clients that many would be happy to sell their product if only to get away from the spiralling maintenance costs. Whilst we understand that sometimes the ultimate goal of a customer may be to recoup as much of the large initial costs involved in buying into these clubs as possible through an outright sale, we also know that with the market as awash as it is this can sometimes prove very difficult. This is why we also have options to regain some costs through the rental and exchange systems we employ.
