The complex is surrounded by 24,000 sq m of lush sub-tropical gardens, with benches at viewpoints to enjoy the fabulous scenery. There is a free seven day a week shuttle bus service to Puerto de la Cruz right to the shopping centre Piramides Martianez which is close to the lido pool complex, the beach and just a stroll from the picturesque old town centre with its fishing harbour and typical town squares.
All Inclusive
The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast (08:00-10:30), lunch (13:00-15:00) and dinner (19:00-22:30, two settings), all in buffet style. Breakfast & dinner are served in the main restaurant; lunch at the bar. Gala dinner takes place every Tuesday and starts at 20:30 (table service, set menu, entertainment along). During meals house wine, soft drinks, beer and mineral water are offered. Snacks such as fries & French fries are available between 11:00 & 12:30 at the bar as well as a variety of sweets & pastries from 17:00-18:00. Kids can have ice cream from 17:00-18:00. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like whiskey, soft drinks, mineral water, juices (non-natural), coffee, tea, vodka, rum, gin, house wine, cocktails (non-natural ones) and draught beer are served from 11:00-23:00 at the bar.
